Reviewing and managing credit control issues of developments Working with accounts to audited accounts from draft to final Administration in relation to insurance policies and claims.. Attendance of AGMs and other meetings after office hours Overseeing the implementation of project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees to successful conclusion. Budget preparation and overseeing expenditure control. Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff. Monitoring work to make sure that it is being completed according to schedule and with excellent quality. . Worked with investors to find suitable tenants and upgrade properties to a marketable standard Main Accomplishments/Key Experiences:   I solved many construction issues during my time in Ballymun. I did this by utilising my staff and working as a team . There were also many housekeeping issues such as abandoned cars and trespassing that I was able to resolve where other managers had failed There was an empty block on-site, the apartments were in bad repair within a few weeks I had all the apartments ready and rented.
